Hey everyone, my name is Joe and I have been collecting sportscards my entire life. I’m a 23 year old college student so I can’t afford a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle rookie card but I’m always on eBay on the lookout for great deals on sportscards. Like any other kid I always collected baseball cards but I stopped for a while. A few years ago, my friend came over my house with some cards, I showed him mine, and I was hooked again, but permanently this time. I try to focus my collection on Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Rickey Henderson, Lawrence Taylor, Reggie Jackson and baseball cards in general. I collect cards that are graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) or buy raw cards and have them graded by PSA.
I want this site to be a place where collectors of all experience levels can get together and talk cards. I will be posting blogs on various subjects and I urge you all to respond with feedback, ask me questions, and for those that are at a high level of sportscard collecting (can afford a ‘52 Topps Mantle) to join in so that we can all learn a little from another veteran sportscard collector.
Since I’m a broke college student my specialty will be to find sleeper cards with hidden value that would make great investments. I plan on posting some top 5 sleepers of the week and top 5 dream cards of the week from Ebay. You can also always find some deals at our Featured Auctions page so check there often!
